One of the most important factors in selecting the right childcare academy for your child is the quality and character of the staff that will interact with your child and be responsible for his or her safety.  When we hire, we look carefully at the character of the person who will be caring for your child as well as experience with our HighScope curriculum and love for children. 

We also ensure that every staff person (including our maintenance staff) have all undergone and passed extensive background checks including a national Lexus/Nexus criminal background check. 

You should know that the vast majority of childcare centers in Indiana only check Indiana state records through a free service offered to child care providers.  At Carepointe, we want to be sure every child is safe.  So at Carepointe,  we ensure that every teacher and staff person in our building has not only passed a state-wide check, but has also passed this same check in every one of the 50 states in our nation.

Our director, Jill Whitehouse, started working in the early childhood education field in 1995 and is not only an extraordinary caregiver to children, but an excellent leader of our entire staff.
