Our Admission's Process

To start the admission's process at Carepointe, contact our director, Jill Whitehouse, for an appointment and tour.  Although all our forms are available online, children will not be admitted until a campus tour and admission's interview is conducted.  Admission appointments can be made by calling 260.415.7777.
